The strategic location near a restaurant, botanical gardens, shopping center, and transportation hub made it convenient and safe.

The room was impeccably clean and modern, located in a fantastic central area; we have been here before and definitely plan to come back due to this beautiful hotel.

Very big bed in premier king room with thoughtful tea making facilities, a hair dryer, and a coffee machine. Perfect and incredible location a 10-15 minute walk from Singapore Cricket Club.

The location was perfect, adjacent to Raffles City mall and with a stunning view of the bay. The double room had been recently renovated to a high standard, featuring feather pillows. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a good-sized balcony, which was a nice addition. The staff were flexible and dedicated, helping us with our bags and promptly fixing a leaking toilet upon our request.

This place is wonderfully located near an art museum, with incredibly friendly and consistently courteous staff - we would definitely return here in the future.

Decent place for discovering Singapore with knowledgeable and proactive staff from check-in to check-out. Top-class double room with a nice view.

My room was neat and beautifully designed with a separate bathroom. The location was marvellous for Singapore, right by the Raffles shops and restaurants, shopping area, marina bay and airport, and the City Hall MRT station.- I enjoyed the stay and would return there.

We liked the hotel and would definitely book again. Everything was great, very good staff, priceless views of the bay.- The restaurant here was excellent for breakfast. We both ordered hot dishes.- It was tasteful and included a coffee machine, a balcony, and a safe.

The staff, from the concierge to the restaurant manager, were nice and very helpful. The room on level 62 was extremely spacious.- The location was marvellous, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit.- Bars and cafés were conveniently located within walking distance of the property.

Reasonably priced place, had an absolutely amazing stay for celebration for anniversary. We appreciated the staff, they helped us with bags. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from G Art. No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met expectations.

Amazing base for traveling to Singapore and exploring local places. Nicely furnished and extremely pleasant room, with nice touches and nice decor. Absolutely perfect and incredible location for Singapore, very close to shopping area, marina bay, central business district, and restaurants and cafes.
